In four broad steps, here's how I prepare my sellers to list their home:

  1. Comparative Market Analysis - Pricing your home with a customized Comparative Market Analysis.
  2. Listing Alerts - Leveraging technology to keep you updated and informed on like properties in your area.
  3. Inspections -- Typically sellers will at least do a pest, foundation and property inspection (and maybe other inspections, such as pool, roof, and/or chimney) before listing their home. These will be included in the disclosure packets that potential buyers will review.
  4. Suggested Improvements - Advising you on how to get your home ready for the market based on years of experience and industry knowledge of what buyers are looking for in a home.
  5. Refer Resources - Using my trusted network of home maintenance and home improvement professionals to make your home shine.
